There is not enough discussion on women's vaginal health! After childbirth, at midlife, or at menopause and beyond. While the whole world knows exactly what erectile dysfunction is, and about the drugs to resolve it, most women are surprised and confused about changes to their vagina at midlife, and this is whether you've birthed children or not. And many think hysterectomy is the only way to rectify it...
In comes expert Kim Vopni. She is otherwise known as The Vagina Coach. Kim is an author of 4 books, and she is here to educate all women (and men with female partners!) that there are other options and there is a lot women can do to maintain vaginal health without surgery; and no, pads are not normal, nor should they be normalized.
