Women are such fluid beings - we transition in so many ways throughout our lives. I'm a constant work in progress! This is what makes us amazing. Our insides change and we grow and we mature and we evolve. Our outsides do too. While the outside isn't really what counts, many feel insecure in our changing bodies.
Farah Green, The Body Positive Nutritionist, Founder of Thick, Bold and Healthy and I discuss how to remain feeling good as we enter perimenopause and menopause and beyond. She provides some great tactics to help us evolve, feeling beautiful inside and out.
